PI Del Campus on YouTube

I just googled my campus with a keyword "PI Del" and surprisingly*, the first result is not my campus' homepage but a link to a YouTube video. After opening the page, I recognized that the video was taken by Alexander Schatten, a researcher at Vienna University of Technology who visited our campus around September 2007.  Besides recorded our campus, he also recorded street market at Samosir, a beautiful Island on Danau Toba. You can see his video collection here.

*Of course you will have our website on the first rank if you search it by its name, Politeknik Informatika Del.

  3. Hi Gandhi,

My name is James Lewis and I used to teach English at PI Del. I must say I was very happy to see the video that your webpage alerted me to. It is great to see that PI DEL is developing into a first class organisation. The campus looks beautiful, even more beautiful than I remember it! I have very fond memories of Toba Samosir and the fantastic Batak people, culture and food.

Once again many thanks and long live PI DEL

    James

  4. Hello James,

I heard about you from colleagues here, and I'm glad to know that you still feel excited about PI Del. Come visit us if you come to Indonesia.

Hope for the best to you.

  5. Hello Gandhi,

I certainly hope to visit Indonesia again in the not too distant future. However I will be studying again myself from September this year so it might be too soon as i will be a poor student again!

    All the best,

    James

  7. Wow, I think it's not poor to be a student again, indeed it'll be very challenging, learning new stuff, etc. I myself hope to continue my study immediately.

Hahahah... Believe me, all of my colleagues said positive things about you (and Graham too), how you helped them practicing English and how the students really liked the way you teach them.

    Warm Regards,

    Gandhi

  9. One of the reason I created this blog it to practice my written English, you may (as the guest) use any language you're comfort with (and understood by me), but I'll try to reply in English.

Btw, you still can open Youtube by using thousands of free public proxies (just google it).
